For over 15 years, NEBA Health has been on a mission to give clinicians, patients and families a better way to understand and promote brain health. They've worked hard to develop products that have shown promise in helping with ADHD, anxiety, depression and focus issues AND made them high quality and affordable. Taking the "spacey" kid from outcast to astronaut.

The Goals

With numerous new products going to market in 2018 and 2019, NEBA Health partnered with W/S to help develop their brand positioning, name their new products and develop strategic marketing and media plans to create awareness and bring their products to market.


The Solution

After immersing ourselves in the category and learn more abut NEBA Health’s product offerings, we discovered a few themes.

The nutraceutical and brain health category can be cold, stale and sometimes superficial. Promoting the message that NEBA Health supports happy, healthy brains was unique in the category and allowed for a lot of creative avenues and discussion points regarding their suite of products. We also had to be very smart about how we targeted our audiences as big pharma competitors could easily monopolize the market with their heavy funding.

Space was another ownable element in the category. We developed a space theme, creatmg appropriate names and branding within this unique theme to keep brand consistency and tone.

Parents and Clinicians appreciate what NEBA Health stands for. So we stayed true to who NEBA Health is and created honest, altruistic and friendly communications.

The Results

During our campaign flights, we saw new user site traffic increase by 870%. This translated to a 464% increase in sales with over 550 new customers acquired in a 4 month period. Our 60 million digital ad impressions, produced over 60 thousand ad clicks.

Launch Mentality.

When introducing a new product into the market, we knew developing quick, easy-to-understand content would help educate our audience of moms to the benefits of Omega 3s. Beyond the introduction, we produced collateral pieces and promotional kits to follow up with referring physicians. Our hope, get the moms to request an alternative at the appointment. Our goal, get them to ask for NEBA by name.
