We love teamwork, hard work and most of all, our people. So we never want to miss an opportunity to celebrate our wins, whether big or small; thus, the genesis of our new Troop 982 honor program.

Whenever one of our own goes the extra mile in one of these ways, another team member can nominate them for a badge, awarded monthly during a very secretive ritual at a clandestine location (ok, our monthly celebration at a beverage-centric establishment). Badges can be displayed on a special W/S pennant flag, and the handy orange guide discloses badge prereq’s. 

Badges included (but not limited to):

• 110% — For going all-in on a project and knocking it out of the park.

• Media Maverick — For above-and-beyond audience engagement.

• The Abby Paul All-Smiles Award — It’s no secret, Abby has the best attitude in the ‘biz. For striving to be like Abby, even when things get tough.

• Frankly Very Much — In honor of our Den Mother Suzanne, the unsung hero who keeps operations flowing, awarded for going above and beyond in volunteering or helping out without being asked.

• The Deep Twinkle — Serendipitously wore the same outfit as someone else today? Congrats, we (and fate) award you this badge of honor.
