With a still-hot mortgage market, Fortera was game for a year-long campaign featuring their great lineup of home loan products, ensuring they’ll be top-of-mind come moving time. To keep it fresh for a 12-month flight, we curated four themes—one for each 3-month quarter of the campaign. Here’s a peek at the first two.
Homestyle
“Get Moving” and “All the Right Moves” are the lead thoughts for the first two quarters. Referencing being active and dancing respectively, the photography, color schemes, patterns and copy shift between the two, but tie together with shared shapes, layout and tone. There’s enough shared DNA to feel like the same campaign, but visuals stay fresh for repeat views throughout the year.
