Wholesale Sugar Flowers supplies bakeries all over the world with handmade sugar flowers and other dessert decorations. With large events temporarily cancelled due to COVID-19, the company needed to get creative to their show their customers how much they want them to succeed. Talk about rising to the occasion.

A Pretty Sweet Deal

In addition to emailing customer some very practical business advice, CEO Keera Brooks wanted to offer some sweet tools to help the bakeries make it to the other side of quarantine. Enter the "Greater Good(ies)" campaign. A Buy One, Give One promotion that encourages people to send a sweet treat to a healthcare worker, homeschooling parent or a quarantined friend. Campaign assets were available for download on Wholesale Sugar Flower's website and included a discount code for 35% of purchases. The icing on top? Keera and her team are getting lots of positive feedback, as they create customers for life.
