OVERVIEW
As the Paid Media Coordinator at Wier / Stewart, you will serve as the go-to for organizing, implementing, tracking and reporting for paid media campaigns. This role will report to the Sr. Integrated Marketing & Media Strategist and will provide support to the team in the planning and execution of successful campaigns. The Paid Media Coordinator will communicate, collaborate and coordinate cross-functionally with the entire Wier / Stewart team as well as with partners, vendors and clients to ensure all related tasks are completed efficiently, on-time and in accordance with client goals. This role is primarily in-office.

Some things you’ll be doing:
You’ll be assisting with the planning, managing, and execution of paid media campaigns.
You’ll be the details person, managing timelines, specifications and contact points to ensure successful execution of media campaigns.
You’ll conduct relevant research to support strategic media channel recommendations and help build client-facing media plan presentations.
You’ll draft media authorizations to finalize placements and facilitate making those placements happen.
You’ll communicate deadlines, creative specifications, budget allocations and other related variables to the agency team to enable cross-functional execution.
You’ll package and deliver media assets to media vendors in adherence to deadlines.
You’ll track, organize and input campaign data in client-facing performance reports.
You’ll monitor budgets and report on projected and actual spends.

You’ll learn the back end of key platforms and assist in the scheduling, maintenance and monitoring of ad delivery to ensure successful deployment.
