Upon the launch of their newest production facility in Bartow, Georgia, Textron was in need of a talented workforce to get their ground support equipment center up and running—a 0-to-60 challenge. We created a two-fold campaign that functions as an opening announcement, and engages locals with exciting creative encouraging them to forge a new career with Textron.

Our digital strategy is comprised of geo-targeted display and social ads, and our traditional component utilizes billboard messaging at major thoroughfares and movie theater pre-reel video.



Towbarless in Bartow

Our campaign landing page carries creative messaging through to final application steps. Additionally, we produced an exciting 30-second video to engage theater-goers during pre-preview time.
