W/S expands services into S.E.Omaha.
In 2014, we had the pleasure of branding regional development firm, The Giddings Group’s high-end multi-family housing complex in Victoria, Texas – The Duke. Knowing the brand would eventually move in to other markets, it had to be broadly appealing and widely ownable. A year later, the high-end apartment homes grew into Nashville, a booming city with tons of renters. This year, they entered their most challenging market – Omaha.
The Challenge
Building a brand to scale. Victoria, Nashville and Omaha are all very different markets and The Duke customizes each property to capitalize on trends and opportunities in these communities. What’s that mean for us? A consistent brand with a customized online user experience.
Our Solve
DukeOmaha.com features a modern, responsive design experience tailored for a user who will likely be browsing on a mobile phone. The site highlights the property's luxury amenities and allows a prospective resident to search and view available floorplans using a custom-designed filtering option that was built to integrate with the property management software Yardi and the listing service RENTCafé.
Our websites always aim to use best-practice standards and search engine optimization is always a consideration but with the launch of a new website in a competitive real estate market, we knew we would need to pay special attention to the SEO and reputation management efforts. Our goal was to ensure that The Duke had a successful pre-leasing period once the project began construction. Our SEO efforts have helped improve the Duke's presence on Google, increased web traffic and generated more leads.
