2025 Palomar Christmas Card
Ski Ya Later
Palomar’s Christmas card took a sharp left turn off the sleigh path and headed straight for the slopes. Our team leaned into a ski-themed concept that felt playful, unexpected and very Palomar. The result was a holiday piece that felt less like a formality and more like a wink. Seasonal, yes, but with just enough edge to stand out in a stack of predictable cards.
To bring the concept fully to life our sister company, Showpony, printed the cards with Spot UV on Velvet Lamination that added shimmer and depth to the falling snow. The subtle gloss catches the light, making the snowflakes feel almost touchable and giving the card a tactile surprise the moment it’s picked up. It is a small detail that makes a big impact, turning a great design into something people actually stop and feel.
