Targeted Buys, Measurable Impact
We’ve partnered with Crawford Square Real Estate Advisors for years. And every year, we love finding new ways to raise the bar. Most recently? Taking the reins on paid media buys for their event marketing. On paper, it sounds light and fun (and to be fair, some of the ads do feature adorable puppies). But behind the scenes, this was a serious strategic puzzle: eight properties with 40+ events, all on different dates.
It was no small feat getting the right messages in front of the right audiences at the right times. Still, early results from the first few events are in, and it’s looking like a win. Whether it’s the targeting strategy or the puppies doing the heavy lifting, we’ll call it a team effort.
Our first 4 completed events are averaging a 3.4% CTR.
