PXV Multifamily Brand Identity


Peak Design

PXV Multifamily was founded by Matt Ferrari (for real), who named the firm after the original moniker of Mt. Everest (which he summited)—Peak 15. While our mark is an abstraction of said peak (which makes it unique to PXV), the mountain motif has a strong, established tone which is completely at home in their space. It’s a touch financial, tech and real estate without feeling completely locked into any one in particular. It’s dynamic and aspirational, and totally legit. The form also can be seen as a reference to rooftops, a nod to PXV’s focus on multifamily. Our favorite part: The reflection represents the duality of Matt’s experience in operations and finance. There’s also a nod to rooflines which makes the logo an easy departure point from which to tell PXV’s unique story.
