This One Took a Minute
Union Terminal Warehouse has been a star of the Jacksonville skyline for over 100 years. In that time, it’s served as a distribution hub, the home of myriad, diverse businesses and a kind of de facto art and cultural center for the neighborhood. It was recently reborn as a catalyst for development in the Out East community by our friends at Columbia Ventures. It’s a vision which took seven years to realize—a story we were asked to tell in a video for the project’s grand opening. The place is unbelievably impressive and documenting its journey was no small feat. We’re thankful for the opportunity to capture it and for partners with such huge passion for people and places.
