The latest effort from our friends at Columbia Ventures, Viña is an apartment community in Denver, Colorado offering its residents what we refer to as “Vibrant Living.” Affordable, smart and beautiful, Viña is not just a place to call home — it is a place where families can experience a new standard of living, a sense of dignity and hope for the future. It’s quite literally ushering in a new era for the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood.
Bringing the Energy
The colors, typography and forms in the identity, which we incorporated throughout the website, are informed by historically Latin American tones and the rich history of the neighborhood. We specifically focused photography around families, which lie at the heart of the culture in Elyria-Swansea. The result is the embodiment of vibrant living — an energetic and approachable invitation to call Viña home.
