Lucky Charms
They’re Magically Creative
In our opinion, gone are the days of sending clients holiday gifts consisting of one or more of the following: assorted nuts, assorted cheeses, assorted meats — essentially anything “assorted.” Okay. Well maybe not gone, we enjoy the occasional summer sausage, just not up our alley.
So, we decided to do what we do best and flip the script. The gift script that is. For us, it made more sense conceptually to show our clients some love on the most widely celebrated day of love, Valentine’s Day, than it did on Christmas. And after 2020, we wanted our contribution to embody a stroke of good luck.
An agency-wide brainstorm sesh commenced. The overall goal? Find a way to thread the needle between mildly inappropriate and respectfully tasteful. It’s a balancing act. But every year since 2016, we’ve managed to get it done.
After much deliberation, a theme was selected. This year’s concept was centered around two questions: “What does getting lucky look like?” and “How do we put that on the line between clever and stupid?” We like to think we nailed it with these lucky charm lapel pins.
The great eight that made the cut:
While we’re busy adorning our jean jackets and jansport backpacks with these super-lucky charms, you can see how our past client gifts stack up.
