Paladin HIB Advisors
Paladin HIB Advisors partner with Wier / Stewart to develop a new brand identity, strategic positioning, website and marketing materials.
In the increasingly complicated landscape of small business insurance and benefits, Bart Trulock, John Brassell and Nick Evans identified a need in the market and partnered together to start a company with a client-focused approach instead of a product-driven “one-size fits all” mentality. They knew working with small businesses to provide sustainable benefit solutions with long-term value could help their clients attract and retain quality employees. The best part is they could offer all of these services for clients under one roof.
Wier / Stewart was approached to help create this new company's name, strategic positioning, messaging, visual identity and branding materials.
The Challenge
Developing a strong company name and brand that communicated Paladin's unique differentiators and positioned them competitively in the market was essential. W/S was ready to help them make the climb to success.
The Solve
The word Paladin means a leading champion of a cause. This was the perfect name to describe the company's approach to business and serving their clients.
The acronym HIB was developed to explain the 3 core services of the business - Health, Insurance and Benefits. The uniqueness of this triad of offerings deserved a new nomenclature and helped pave the way for Paladin to tell their story.
Paladin’s color palate was chosen with great care. The primary gold color, symbolizes excellence in service and skill. The complimentary sage green implies friendliness and wisdom. Together, they gave Paladin a unique signature in their field.
