We have liftoff. NEBA Health finds a branding agency co-pilot in Wier / Stewart.

Years ago, after witnessing the anxiety and uncertainty around ADHD diagnosis and its treatment, NEBA Health decided to do something to help the patients and families affected by this broadly identified, yet narrowly understood condition. 

They started with an objective test and created the first and only FDA cleared brainwave-based assessment aid for ADHD to take the guesswork out of diagnosis. 

For 15 years, NEBA has pursued brain health with a passion and after years of extensive research they were ready to launch a core line of dietary supplements in 2018 starting first with Omega-3.

The Challenge

The nutraceutical category is dense. It's filled with cold, money-hungry nutraceutical giants looking to ride the wave of trendy holistic medicine. Transparency and honest information is lacking and there are hundreds of options to choose from. 

NEBA Health consulted us to help combat these giants and develop a name, positioning strategy and brand that would refreshingly standout and speak to their mission and brand truths.

Our Solve

An honest, altruistic and friendly brand designed for kids' Parents.  

While we wanted audiences to understand that Omega-3 Brain Booster is geared towards children, we know they aren't ultimately making the purchasing decisions. Most products marketed to kids in the space use very rudimentary design targeted directly at kids. We wanted a more sophisticated look that, while engaging and friendly, instills parents with confidence. Just like we all get some of the jokes our kids miss in Disney movies, the Brain Booster design at once appeals to both the purchasers and the consumers of the product.

Having a concept/theme that could live on through various products as a family was a must. NEBA's scientifically-driven approach inspired us to blast them into the nutraceutical category.

Keeping It Simple
Brain Booster was designed to be taken easily, just once a day. The campaign deliverables were designed with the same principle in mind, easy to digest.

Honesty Is The Best Policy
At least for NEBA it is. We kept it real and made sure to not only share NEBA's mission, but the fact that it might not be right for everyone.

Brand & Marketing Goals

1. Build a foundation of support, creating relationships and advocates for NEBA Health
This campaign, and all the materials to support it, are the first steps (from a marketing perspective) in creating a vibrant, loyal customer base.

2. Create Interest and Awareness of NEBA Omega-3
To sustain a healthy customer base, we need potential parents and clinicians to show interest in the NEBA Omega-3 product. The first step is creating awareness that it exists.

3. Increase trial and purchase of NEBA Omega-3
The ADHD and mental health category is flooded with options, and many are costly. Those initially searching for an Omega-3 may not be aware of the cost savings/benefits of NEBA’s product due to large competitors monopolizing the market. We need to mitigate this trend and get NEBA’s product in the hands of consumers and clinicians in our markets through specific, targeted efforts.

4. Communicate the Advantages of NEBA Health with Parents
The NEBA team, existing patients/parents and our campaign will all need to work hard in communicating the benefits, cost savings and options that NEBA provides to patients. NEBA can help bring certainty to their child’s diagnosis

5. Communicate the Advantages of NEBA Health with Clinicians
Most clinicians are familiar with mental health medications/products and the companies that produce them. We will need to define how NEBA Health is different/better and the advantages they will be able to obtain working with NEBA over similar brain health companies.
